Group Icon, etc.

Would a feature to enable picking an icon for a whole group so that when the group 
of people is in a single window the icon selected is used instead of the top person in the window for that group.

And also could the icon for the person that has sent a new message be changed to the "new message icon" (the orange speach bubble). 
as currently its the tray icon for pidgin that changes to that.
