Pidgin 2.0.0 RPMs

The yum repository is now functional, repo definition file and
instructions are now listed at:
http://pidgin.im/pidgin/download/fedora_core/
and
http://pidgin.im/pidgin/download/centos_rhel/

If anyone wants to rewrite my installation instructions in a more
end-user friendly way or anything let me know.
