Sound notification of emails received

You can't right now. I was working on this at one point (ticket #780), 
but it sounded like it might be appropriate to wait until the 
guifications/libnotify stuff was added to pidgin.

The appropriate signals are there, so it would be trivial to add the 
sound event. Maybe I should go ahead and do this, since I'm guessing the 
guifications integration probably won't happen until 3.0.0.
