finch: KDE clipboard (klipper) support

Hi;

	just want to ask somebody to re-view and include this
	plugin into future release (if possible). Given plugin
	brings support of KDE clipboard manager (klipper) into
	finch. It is extremely simple and utilizes 'dcop' tool
	to communicate with klipper. No fancy compilation
	dependencies though.

	Please find source files in attachment.
