Idea for GSoC 2013

Hi,

I previously mentioned this idea but I didn't get any response, so I'm
writing again if anyone  would be interested in discussing the idea of
improving voice/video chat support for Yahoo in Pidgin.

Hope Pidgin gets selected this year as well.
