Comment:

 (In [8324a7435b8f5de3ef4257859b7ae9d67865375a]) Fix new IMHTML formatting
 popups not going away issue.  It turns out they were being put back when
 they were being hidden (I'm not sure why this didn't happen on linux - it
 seems like it should be a problem everywhere). Fixes #2317.
