Comment:

 I'm not interested in discussing the "First" issue - perhaps Sean is.  I
 think it looks great and there really shouldn't be any additional steps
 for normal use, but it does reduce clutter by removing rarely used stuff
 from the bar  - who actually uses a mouse for frequently used formatting
 anyway?

 The menus getting "stuck on" is a duplicate of #2317.
