 I have only tested this with MSN, but I am assuming it happens with all
 protocols. When I move an MSN buddy to a group that only exists on another
 account, I am given an error and the buddy is deleted. Ideally, it seems
 to me that if the destination group does not already exist on that account
 pidgin should first create the group and then move the contact.
