Comment:

 It just isn't possible to please everyone (see #117), I think the current
 behavior (flash 3 times, then stay highlighted) is reasonable; continuous
 flashing is annoying if you're at the PC and it is easy to notice a
 highlighted tab if you come back and the flashing occurred in your
 absence.

 I have no idea how the Tweak UI flashing stuff is supposed to work
 (clearly it doesn't work here).
