 `request_authorize()`'s `authorize_cb` and `deny_cb` parameters are
 declared to have type `GCallback`, when in fact they should have the type
 `PurpleAccountRequestAuthorizationCb`.

 Fixing this would be an API break, so I'm setting Milestone to 3.0.0.
