 Bug:
 The frame that contains the buddy list and menu bar (and the scrollbar
 too, but differently) moves up and to the left, obscuring parts of it from
 view, and making a glitchy window in general (unresponsive parts,
 unreadable parts, etc.).

 Steps to reproduce:
 1.  Change Windows theme via WindowBlinds
 2.  Open Pidgin

 3.  Modify Pidgin settings to enable docking on the right side of the
 screen.
 4.  Repeatedly dock/undock buddy list

 or

 4.  Repeatedly close and restore buddy list from task bar.

 5.  Observe described bug.
