 I think the Send To menu should allow messages to be sent to specific XMPP
 resources. For example, if I am logged in at Home and Work, and want to
 send myself a message from one location to another, I can just change Send
 To to the other resource (even though it would have a lower priority since
 it'd be idle).

 This is similar too, but slightly different than, ticket #188.
