 The whole program as soon as I double click on an icon in the Pidgin
 window. By double clicking I try to start a chat session (MSN).

 It does try to open a new window, which I know because it appears in the
 top left corner.

 I am using windowsxp with all the last updates. I installed the last gtk
 version. The gtk version is also used by GIMP and Workrave (not sure if
 that is useful info).
 If you need more debug output, I have Visual Studio here and could run a
 debug session.

 This bug makes Pidgin useless !
