 Thanks for fast reply.

 The story number 1.
 I turn on the "Log all instant messages" and "Log all chats".
 I chat with userid: john start at 07.00.
 We replied each other every 1 minute.
 At 07.10 I opened the log. Our conversation history is there.
 So let say there are 10 message lines. Last message was 07.10.
 Then we continued chatting.....bla bla bla bla....
 And my last message was at 08.00 then I opened again the log.
 Surprise, the log stopped at 07.30.
 Our conversation 07.30 to 08.00 are gone.

 The story number 2.
 My chat history is mixed up.
 I chat with john and jane.
 When I opened the log chat with john, I see jane's messages there.
 It's not conference history. I'm sure it's mixed up.

 I hope you understand my story.
