 I notice there's a 'Direct IM' option to connect directly with another
 user. However, once you're connected, the only way to disconnect seems to
 be to close the chat window. Perhaps there's a way to make a change so
 that if a user selects 'Direct IM' again, it closes the direct connection
 and reverts to normal.
