 Gaim's "Protocol:" drop-down box in the 'Add Account' dialog is currently
 a GtkOptionMenu. This is a
 deprecated widget, and is NOT accessible for disabled users of Gaim.

 GtkComboBox is accessible, and should be used instead of the deprecated
 GtkOptionMenu widget.
