Comment:

 (In [ba5635abd3bd255e22d06c50b36c1e4cabf1c875]) Don't apply transparency
 when the window has focus (this was caused by the fix for initially hidden
 windows not having the transparency on focus stuff working correctly).
 Fixes #2384.
