 Pidgin will not allow me to log on to my AIM or my ICQ accounts, I always
 get '''[incorrect password]''' message.  I am very sure of my ICQ
 password, so I know that there is something in Pidgin, as I can use my
 password to directly log into ICQ.  My old AIM account has the same
 effect.  In order to try to get around this I signed up for a new  AIM
 account and Pidgin does recognize that account, but not my existing
 accounts.
