Comment:

 by rearrangement I mean that in 2.1.0 there was an icon to insert smiley
 (one click to do it) and in 2.1.1 there in menu "insert" and in it item
 "smiley" (two click needed) and I saw this new behavior: (a) annoying, (b)
 useless
