 Sounds are a great way to say "hey, look over here, something happened!".
 However, there are two types of events I wish I could disable sounds for,
 even when I have sounds on in general:

  * When a buddy logs out, but is still logged in with another account.
  * When a buddy in a currently collapsed/closed group logs in/out.

 In both cases, no change is visible in the buddy list, and there is
 nothing to draw my attention to by playing the sound. This feature would
 make make collapsing a group a simple way to classify a group of contacts
 as low priority buddies (and a way to stop the constant chiming for people
 with huge buddy lists).
