 Does this mean setting pidgin up with a default account? Or does this mean
 setting up an XMPP account to have a default set of people in the buddy
 list? If it means the former wouldn't pushing a default accounts.xml be
 enough when the pidgin install gets pushed? (Possibly with some merging
 abilities in case the person had pidgin already?) If the latter that's up
 to the XMPP server.
