 I have installed 2.1.1 over 2.1.0 on two machines and tried to move my
 groups around using drag and drop. It doesn't work even though closed
 tickets 2333 and 2667 say it should in 2.1.1. I'm running on XP SP2. Am I
 doing something wrong??
