 Pidgin project is missing Fedora 7 and 8 repo information even though the
 project support those versions. This breaks the yum repo file provided by
 the Pidgin project.

 Steps:

 1. Navigate to http://rpm.pidgin.im/fedora
 2. Observe the available Fedora versions

 Expected:

 Fedora 7 and 8 dirs should exist with valid rpms.
