 Thanks, Saturn!  I disabled Buddy Notes 2.3.0 and ran a couple of tests
 both on my laptop (via remote connection) and my work pc.  They both quit
 and closed fine.  then I re-enabled Buddy Notes and both generated a
 Windows Error Message.  so I disabled Buddy Notes again, and quit again,
 and they both quit normally.
