 I don't hear any good arguments?

 1. What makes gaim different to any other app, needing a debug window in
 the menu?
 2. What's against my suggestions of alternative methods to open the debug-
 window?

 I'm not against having the debug-window in gaim, it just shouldn't be in
 the "Help" menu (though i'm not sure where it would). Maybe a "Report a
 bug" entry would do better. Also, the entry gives the impression that gaim
 is unstable.

 "What this *does* raise is the issue that users can obviously reopen
 WONTFIX bugs, even when it should not be possible. Daniel, is it possible
 to lock down bug states?"
