Comment:

 As of 2.1.0, there will be no separate `pidgin-portable.exe` binary.  The
 mode of the launcher can be specified at runtime by either running
 `pidgin.exe` with the `--portable-mode` flag, or by simply renaming
 `pidgin.exe` to `pidgin-portable.exe`.
