 Tested with 2.02 version on Windows with an http proxy connecting to the
 jabber.fr or talk.google.com server on port 443.

 -Setup an account with another jabber client, setup your profile avatar,
 publish it.

 Start Pidgin, log onto the same jabber account. your avatar is not
 retrieved and is deleted on the server.

 restart another Jabber client, see that your avatar as disappear from the
 server.
