 You can't change header of ticket. But you can check the URL daily:

 As about PIDGIN, it breaks text coding in two cases:
 1. If offline message was in Russian via ICQ
 2. If  online message was in Russian via ICQ sent using QIP or Miranda
 messengers.

 Please help to solve problem, because I can't use PIDGIN while it breaks
 the messages. ICQ very important to me, I have two accounts - for work and
 for friends, and furthermore, there's no way to restore message after
 coding died, but to ask sender to resend it.
