 I think any event that sets the URGENT flag for the buddylist window
 should cause the docklet to blink when the buddylist is not being
 displayed. The events that currently set URGENT for blist window are: (1)
 new mail, and (2) new auth request.

 I don't use sound. But I think it kind of makes sense to have sound events
 for new mails.
