 I'm with you except for the last format. That should use our short date
 function, whatever it's called... the one that uses strftime("%x").

 This would be a pretty trivial change to make, I'd think. Patches are
 definitely welcome.

 You're right about what "Last Seen" should represent. If you're seeing
 something else, that's a bug.
