Comment:

 (In [f858c38e5d9f9c2d048dbe13db10776cdf7fafc9]) Fix MSN "Open Hotmail
 Inbox" for non-hotmail.com accounts (eg. hotmail.co.uk)
 Also a tweak from gmiedema in ticket 934 to the html we use to open the
 inbox to possibly make opening Hotmail work better for IE users on XP SP2.

 Fixes #1047
