 Hi, I am using Pidgin from a machine in my company to connect to QQ
 server. Normally when I use Tencent QQ the login will success if I use
 HTTP proxy server. However, QQ of Pidgin says NO. The debug window told me
 that HTTP proxy is not supported (See info below). I believe the HTTP
 proxy support is very important and it should be add in to the QQ plugin.
