 As already reported as #1396833 on sf, daim / pidgin is resizing aim / icq
 icons in message windows and user tooltips. I added a screenshot to show
 the difference of original icons (saved by "save icon as" left) and the
 shown icon in the window / tooltip (right).
 That means, that icq allows icons of size 52*64px, but pidgin shows them
 with a max width / height of 50px. As a matter of usability and
 improvement of visibility this could be improved =)
 Ah and by the way: pidgin still allowes only icq avatars with a max size
 of 50*50px. As mentioned it could be 52*64px, which makes it easier for
 everyone to identify these dots as your buddy icon.
