 1. Create a user with an apostrophe in their last name (O'Connor) on your
 jabber server (I think we use wildfire)
  2. Accounts -> xmpp account -> search for users -> *

 Expected:
 Results are returned, and names like Daniel O'Connor render normally.

 Actual:
 XML entities aren't stripped, and results come out with
 {{{
 Daniel O'Connor
 }}}
