 pidgin-portable.exe is compiled portable, but it is still 2.0.0.

 To avoid something like this, it should be only one pidgin.exe file for
 all purposes or pidgin-portable.exe should be included in the normal
 package including the readme below.

 It would be even perfect if the installer supports direct installation on
 an USB drive.

 How-to run Pidgin from a USB Drive:
 https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Using%20Pidgin#RunningWindowsPidginFromaUSBDrive

 This should be integrated in the normal package.
