 The patch includes an alternative implementation of the "Google Talk
 default domain hackery". In fact, it defines a function by that very name
 and uses it to populate the two fields which are different from Jabber.
 The function takes as an argument the field value to use if the selected
 account is Google talk. It checks for that, and if it's Google Talk, it
 returns the value. Otherwise, if it's Jabber, it returns an empty string,
 and if it's neither, it returns NULL.
