 I can't speculate how other programs are getting your public IP.

 I can only say that from what I'm seeing in your log, Pidgin is being told
 by the STUN server that the public IP is 192.168.0.102.  Obviously this
 isn't correct.  Perhaps you should try a different STUN server, there are
 a number of public servers listed [http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-STUN
 here] (I use `stun.xten.com`).
