 Thank's a lot for the new path file... I'll start using it right away.

 I only have some questions to make:

 1- The new PurpleAccountUiOps methods are intended to persist the custom
 emoticons added by the user, and the SmileyManager (on gtksmiley.c and .h)
 is responsible for presenting all received smileys, right?.[[BR]]
 For now, the impression I have is that the custom emoticons will be holded
 by the manager (and the application) on a per-session (or per-execution)
 basis, what means that the custom emoticons will need to be downloaded
 from the contact everytime the user restarts the application.[[BR]]
 Am I right about that ?[[BR]]
 If I am, is there any intention of you guys to create a definitive custom
 emoticon cache inside the libpurple to avoid such behavior?

 2- The folder "msn" is still the right one to be used when building MSN
 library and folder "msnp9" is like a backup, right?
