 For Windows XP, i notice that my laptop's "scroll wheel" does not work
 correctly inside of the pidgin GUI, i also seem to remember this occurring
 in much older versions, as well as with a regular mouse scroll wheel.
 obviously theres no actual benefit to this feature with regards to
 functionality, and is simply a convenience feature.[[BR]]

 and i am also not aware if this is something that GTK actually supports,
 or if it does and is more difficult than is convenient to implement.[[BR]]

 when i have more free time from college, i intend to write some
 plugins/patches for pidgin, and this one is on my list, but i think this
 is something that more people than just myself would enjoy.
