 I get a lot of "add" requests (my IM name is my first name, and a lot of
 people think they know me).[[BR]]

 I reject 99% of the requests.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 But they keep hitting "add" and I keep denying them; there's no way to
 permanently reject a user.
