 I previously filed this under #1305 which was incorrectly closed as being
 a duplicate. Problem description:

 When my PC goes to standby while logged in to a silc account, pidgin does
 not reconnect after the PC comes back to life. I have to manually
 disconnect and connect again before the channels work again.

 I am using Pidgin 2.2.1 for win32.
