 The messages were received allright. The problem was that the conversation
 window did not appear (flashing) on my desktop, indicating to me that
 someone has sent me a message.

 After setting the environment variables correctly it works, the window
 popup just as it should.

 Yeah, go ahead and close. Thanks for the help!
