 Indeed, this has been a known issue in Moz/FF since 2004 with no
 resolution in sight : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=221445

 It's not bookmarking tabs, exactly, but it's the implementation detail for
 how FF can open multiple home-pages when it starts.
