 you are using the fixed version (or make the change yourself). Also, for
 the record the flashing feature was always in a plugin (the raise window
 on new messages feature was not, and your window manager/desktop
 environment may have been flashing as a result of the raise feature).

 Awesome, thank you.  I searched launchpad for a bug but I didn't get any
 results.  Thanks for the link.
