 When I join an IRC channel, the topic does not appears in the tab header,
 neither in the chat window lines.
 If an other party changes the topic, it is visible in the chat windows. If
 I leave and rejoin, it it correctly visible also in the tab.
 But if I leave and join back after a while, the topic is again invisible.

 This happened on the server us.ircnet.org , with the channels #alter.si
 and #amiga

 Using Pidgin 2.2.1 on Windows 2003
