 I also have this problem when a friend sends Traditional Chinese
 characters to me with MSN Live Messenger 8.5.
 It only occurs on Windows platform (Windows 2000 SP4), with the same font
 (AR PL New Sung Mono) used in FreeBSD or Ubuntu Linux.
