 Hello-

 I have many friends on the Sametime client - and while I can still chat
 with people using this protocol they all appear "offline" to me, even when
 I am chatting with them! Someone can send me an IM, and their status is
 still "offline".

 Is this a known issue?  Is there anything I can do to help give you more
 information on what is happening?

 If there is anything I can do to help please let me know - this is the
 best chat client going - and the only one I can find the supports Yahoo
 and Sametime at the same time.
