Comment:

 The ChangeLog ''does'' show that because of how we released 2.2.1 things
 marked as fixed or done for 2.2.1 may not appear there.  It appears that
 the persistent conversation support will not be present until the release
 after 2.2.2, be it 2.2.3 or 2.3.0.
