 PROBLEM:

 When i open a conversation window, the backlog is an extremely useful
 tool. Unfurtonately it usually does not go far enough back. I have to use
 the rather clumsy "View Log" function in a lot of cases.

 SOLUTION:

 Please increase the amount of backlog being displayed in the conversation
 window, or make a setting so that people can adjust the number of lines
 displayed (or number of messages displayed) themselves.
