Comment:

 This is something that I think would be better placed somewhere in the
 wiki, perhaps on the [TipsForBugReports] screen.

 I don't think the .lnk file is necessary (and is problematic as it assumes
 that Pidgin is installed in "C:\Program Files\Pidgin").
